What are the best pizza-topping combinations at Domino’s?

Here are some recommendations from both Domino’s Pizza fans and employees:

flakey-crust

Thin crust Alfredo with pepperoni and bacon is always good. I like a little hot sauce drizzle on mine too but it kind of messes up my stomach these days. There’s a lot of surprisingly good combos if you get non traditional pizza sauce like Alfredo/bbq/buffalo

swordgeo

Thin crust Alfredo, chicken spinach provolone. You’re welcome 😁

Also Brooklyn crust BBQ, beef bacon cheddar

Beefcake2008

Just got the extra large Brooklyn with Alfredo sauce, chicken, bacon, onions, and pineapple and it was delicious

InSilicoImmersion

Love the 2 for $6.99 deal. I usually go with the same 2 or 3 pizzas.

Must have is hand tossed extra garlic Parmesan sauce, mushrooms, and Philly steak.

Then I change it up between the same two. Pan made extra bbq sauce, chicken, and onions, or hand tossed extra tomato sauce, pepperoni, and pineapple.

It’s all so good but the garlic Parmesan pizza is killer.

Why Should You Avoid Ordering More Than Four Toppings at Domino’s

Uber Eats’ 2021 Cravings Report shows that pizza ranks fifth in the most ordered cuisine. But how should you order your pizzas for the best experience?

Kevin Beirne shared his experiences on the website Joe in his article, “29 Secrets I Learned Working for Domino’s Pizza.” Beirne provided a behind-the-scenes look at the pizza chain. For example, he mentioned that the sophisticated pizza tracker doesn’t actually track your order’s real-time location and highlighted that Roquito peppers are an underrated topping. One of his most surprising revelations, however, concerned the number of toppings on a pizza.

In his article, Kevin Beirne explained that adding more than four toppings to your Domino’s pizza results in getting smaller portions of each topping. This isn’t necessarily a drawback. If you enjoy a variety of meats and vegetables on your pizza, it might seem like you’re getting less value. However, this practice is intended to benefit the customer. Beirne further explained that limiting toppings helps maintain the pizza’s structural integrity. When you overload a pizza with toppings, they’ll slide off when you pick up a slice.

What’s the Best Domino’s Pizza?

While Domino’s states that – and I’m inclined to agree – “the best pizza ever is the pizza you enjoy the most” there is one pizza that has everything you could possibly want…in a pizza.

This honor belongs to Domino’s ExtravaganZZa Pizza, a name with double capital ZZ’s emphasizing just how lavish it really is. It’s part of Domino’s Specialty Pizzas, with nearly a third of every topping you can think of including Italian sausage, pepperoni, beef, ham, onions, mushrooms, green peppers, black olives, and extra cheese. It’s essentially a meat lover’s dream pizza with lots of veggies.

According to Domino’s, the Italian sausage is the ingredient that really elevates this pizza. Its taste evokes “Mom’s spaghetti sauce and Grandma’s meatloaf.” Add it to a pizza, and it’s like a comforting culinary embrace. Moreover, Domino’s notes that Italian sausage ranks as America’s second-favorite pizza topping.

Domino’s in Japan Has a Pizza with 34 Toppings

But if you’re really bent on putting as many toppings as possible on your pizza, check out this behemoth pizza with 34 toppings in it. It’s called Domino’s Best 34 Pizza and it’s only available in Japan for now. The toppings are: tomato sauce, white sauce, basil sauce, Hokkaido gouda, cheese and cheddar cheese, green peppers, onions, spinach, pepperoni, rice cake, big pepperoni, pineapple, ham, potato slices, pork sausage, beef ribs, Italian sausage, corn, pancetta, teriyaki chicken, charcoal-grilled beef, roast chicken, shrimp, seafood mix, mushrooms, mayonnaise, bacon, cherry tomatoes, sliced asparagus, spicy cod roe mayonnaise sauce, Hokkaido camembert, jalapenos, Italian bocconcini and garlic.

I wish this pizza would be offered here in the US but I doubt it as many of the ingredients are not widely available here. And yet we all can dream right? Just kidding. I personally prefer pizzas with 4 toppings or less anyway.
